1General Provisions

btjile ("Platform") operates an online gaming and entertainment service for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of all services, features, and content on the platform.

These Terms are drafted and governed in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh. btjile reserves the right to amend or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will take effect as soon as they are published on the website.

2Eligibility and Account Registration

2.3 Single Account Policy

3Account Security

Keeping your account secure is your own responsibility. Your login credentials (username and password) must be kept completely confidential.

• Never share your password with any third party
• If you log in on a public or shared device, make sure to log out afterwards
• If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately
• Change your password regularly to keep your account secure

btjile will not be held responsible for any loss or unauthorised transactions resulting from a third party using your account, unless it is proven that the loss was caused by a security flaw in our platform.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Policy

Funds can be deposited on the btjile platform using the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (per method)
• Deposited funds are generally credited to your account instantly
• Deposited funds must come from a payment method registered in the account holder's own name

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

The following terms apply to withdrawing winnings:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800
• Withdrawal processing time: generally completed within 5–30 minutes

5Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

btjile offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.

• Example: deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → total ৳2,000
• Example: deposit ৳18,000 → maximum ৳8,000 bonus → total ৳26,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement applies to all bonuses. This means you must wager 25 times the total bonus amount before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• More than one bonus may not apply at the same time
• If bonus abuse is found, the bonus and any related winnings will be cancelled
• btjile reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer at any time

6Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

All games on the btjile platform are operated in accordance with fair play principles. Results are determined using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is completely impartial and unpredictable.

6.2 Gaming Limits

• Each game has its own minimum and maximum betting limits
• Members can set their own deposit, withdrawal, and betting limits
• If a game result is rendered invalid due to a technical error, it will be cancelled and the wager will be refunded

6.3 Technical Issues

If gameplay is interrupted due to an internet disconnection or server issue, btjile will resolve it by following its set policy. If you experience a loss due to a technical error, please contact the support team.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the btjile platform:

• Playing games using bots, automated software, or any artificial system
• Unfairly exploiting the bonus system ("bonus hunting" or "arbitrage")
• Operating multiple accounts or using a third party's account
• Any fraudulent activity against the platform
• Harassing, threatening, or intimidating other members
• Attempting to intrude on the platform's systems, network, or security
• Using the platform for money laundering or concealing the source of illegal funds
• Placing bets on behalf of others or as part of a professional syndicate

8Intellectual Property

All content on the btjile website and platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and code — is the intellectual property of btjile or its licensors.

• No content from the platform may be copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior permission
• Members are granted a limited licence for personal, non-commercial use
• The intellectual property of game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, etc.) is governed by their own policies

9Limitation of Liability

btjile strives to maintain the highest standards of security and service. However, btjile's liability is limited in the following cases:

• Loss caused by internet disconnection or third-party network issues
• Account security being compromised due to the user's own negligence
• Service disruption due to natural disasters, cyberattacks, or other unforeseen circumstances
• Loss caused by technical issues with third-party game providers

Gaming inherently carries financial risk. By participating, you acknowledge that you are aware of this risk and are playing at your own discretion.

10Account Suspension and Closure

10.1 Suspended by btjile

btjile may suspend or close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspicion of fraud or gaining unfair advantage
• Identity not verified or false information provided
• Inactive account (not logged in for an extended period)
• Direction from law enforcement agencies

10.2 Closed by Member

11Dispute Resolution
